Plaza Mayor
It is a famous square situated at the centre of the city. The building is rectangular in shape and is characterized with wooden balconies. The architecture of the building is that of the Tuscan style. The National theatre museum and the Open air theatre can be found here. It is also an important centre of fairs and festivals.
Open Air Theatre
The history of this theatre dates back to the 16th century. It was a centre for organizing plays and dramas. An evidence of this can be got from the stage and the dressing rooms present here.
The building has been declared as a national monument and every year a festival known as the International Classical Theatre festival is organized to give us a glimpse of the time that existed centuries ago. The festival is being organized since 1978 and attracts many tourists from all over the world.
Hospital de San Juan
It is a modern stage and is part of the International Classical Theatre festival. More technical facilities are provided here for staging the plays. The stage was constructed in the 18th century and consists of a convent and a hospital.

Palacio de los Condes de Valdepara÷so is a 17th century palace and Palacio de los Medrano belongs to the 16th century. F÷ºcares Palace was originally warehouse and was built around 16th century.
Church of San Blas
It was originally named as the San Salvador church but was renamed in the 18th century to San Blas church, when the church was placed under him. The architecture of the church is beautiful and the interior walls are beautifully decorated with carvings and paintings.
